Jane T. Fletcher, President. I have been working on real estate closings since 1974. I started working at a law firm in Northern Virginia, moved to Bristol in 1974, and for most of my life have been processing real estate closings. I like to say that I’ve been doing closings longer than any one else in Bristol. I have worked with many wonderful people over the years and look forward to working for you!

Jenny F. Penix, Escrow Closer. I have worked at Title Equity since 2001. I started as the post closer and worked my way up to an escrow closer. I am a licensed underwriter for both First American Title Insurance and Old Republic National Title Insurance to write title policies in Tennessee and Virginia. I love the challenges and rewards that my job presents me with.

Carmen R. Fender, Escrow Closer. I have been an escrow closer since 2002. I started out as an assistant for a general practice attorney in Clarksville, Virginia. I moved to Bristol in 2005 and love it!! I enjoy the work that I do; it is so rewarding to help someone into their new home.
